How can planning for an inclusive society help build our region’s resiliency? What can cities do to promote full access to municipal programs, services and physical infrastructure? These are just some of the questions that students in the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning’s (CMAP) Future Leaders in Planning (FLIP) program will consider. In celebration of ADA’s 25th anniversary, this year’s program will feature Deputy Commissioner Joe Russo of the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities. FLIP is a leadership development program that offers students the opportunity to take part in planning a better future for our region.
