THE ARCHDIOCESE OF CHICAGO'S COMMITMENT
The Archdiocese of Chicago joyfully joins in the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Parishes and institutions of the Archdiocese will continue to make easier access for persons with disabilities into their worship spaces, buildings and programs. All new building projects are ADA/code compliant. In addition, the Archdiocese will encourage its 353 parishes to recognize the anniversary, expand inclusion and access and increase accessibility for people with disabilities.
