In collaboration with Dare2tri and the Chicago Park District, GLASA is planning to host an Adaptive Cycling event on the lake front path. Lets Ride! will have a variety of adaptive bicycles including upright bikes, tandem bikes, hand cycles, trikes etc. for individuals with disabilities to try out and ride. The goal is to show how ACCESSIBLE cycling is and that the lake front path is open to all! It is a great opportunity for people with disabilities to ride, exercise and enjoy the beautiful Chicago lakefront side by side with their able-bodied peers, friends and family members.
