HUBBARD STREET DANCE CHICAGO PROGRAMS
IN/MOTION: CHICAGO’S DANCE FILM FESTIVAL
In honor of the ADA 25th Anniversary, Loyola University Chicago’s Department of Dance, in collaboration with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago’s Parkinson’s Project will screen “Capturing Grace,” a documentary film that depicts the intersection of dance and Parkinson’s Disease, as part of Loyola University Chicago’s (LUC) IN/MOTION Dance Film Festival.

Hubbard Street has grown since 1977 from an ensemble of four dancers performing in senior centers to a multifaceted, world-renowned cultural organization. Among many artistic and education initiatives are its Adaptive Dance Programs, which include the first dance classes in the Midwest offered to people with Parkinson’s and their families.
