In honor of the 25th anniversary of the ADA, Jobs For Dyslexics will offer training classes free of charge, with the goal of educating employers and their talent management staffs as to what dyslexia is and what it is not. JFD will do that by promoting the problem solving skills and talents a person with dyslexia often possesses, which meet and can exceed the talent needs of employers, but which are often not discovered through the normal application process. JFD will be reaching out through an ongoing effort of one-on-one phone calls, personal interviews, training classes and other business community outreach.
