RUSH ADA 25 SYMPOSIUM
Please join national experts in disability for a day of insightful talks and panel discussions. Topics include accessibility issues for students and the workforce, facilities requirements and best practices, and disability from the patient's perspective.
RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER'S COMMITMENT
Rush University Medical Center plans to review access, hiring and training for people with disabilities and commit to improving any issues identified. Rush will also conduct a review of the technical standards for university standards with a goal of identifying additional accommodation strategies. In addition, Rush will reach out to other health care organizations to possibly create a symposium/conference to discuss best practices in each of these areas that Rush would host this summer.
